The sponsoring organization's logo with a link to their Website will appear on the PMI Michiana Website (www.pmimichiana.org) and on the sponsor recognition page.

Logo & Website Link Acceptance Guidelines

Sponsorship information may be submitted from any organization or individual.
The material must be of professional appeal or of interest to the members of the PMI Michiana. PMI Michiana retains the right to reject any materials which do not meet this criterion in the opinion of the PMI Michiana Board of Directors.
Job announcements/postings is being accepted by the PMI Michiana. We have a separate area on our website to post this information.

Layout

Sponsorship information may consist of a logo and a web site address/line. The information should be submitted via e-mail with the Sponsorship Order Form.

• The space required for an image should be no larger than 1 MB.
• Images should be in either a gif or jpg format.
• Images should be no larger than 1" by 1".

At the Gold and Silver levels of sponsorship, the sponsoring company representative will be given the opportunity to network with those attending one chapter meeting for 30 minutes during the normal registration/social time. The meeting announcement will communicate the additional time that the company representative will be available. As an example: 5:00 - 5:30 XYZ Company is available for educational opportunities and networking, 5:30 - Dinner and program, etc.

A skirted table will be provided in the meeting room. The sponsoring company representative (s) may set up displays, PC, TV with VCR, etc, in this space (an internet connection is not available). All displays and related equipment will be provided by the sponsoring company.

At the Gold level sponsorship, the sponsoring company representative (s) will have up to 10 minutes during the program to discuss/highlight his/her company/product/service. This 10 minutes is not a time to demo software, etc, but to share verbally with the whole group why the company is participating in the evening and what they offer.
